SHIPPING POLICY
All of Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Karigar Atelier Brand) orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Lucknow, India to your provided shipping address via domestic shipping companies. Processing the order normally takes 5 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed.
Shipping destinations offered by sangraha.org.in for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
Our authorized courier company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. Please get back to us by email if the courier is not delivered to you in the specified time.

Cost: Varies from rate of INR 1000 to 4000/- is applied for all international orders.

Customs and international shipping
All of Sangraha Karigar Atelier orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Gurgaon, India to your provided shipping address via Fedex/ DHL. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with Fedex to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.
If you are presented with an invoice from Fedex for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay Fedex directly at the time of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Before you return a Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Karigar Atelier Brand) product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in Lucknow, resulting in each product being unique and celebrates the differences.
In spite of variables, at Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Karigar Atelier Brand) we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

No returns/ refund will be made for goods purchased under discount or promotion schemes or Sangraha Sab Tera products, only exchanges may be entertained conditionally.

Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Karigar Atelier Brand) will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.

The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

No exchange will be given in the following cases:
In case of minor design and color variations. With handcrafted products there will always be some variation between products.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
