Before you return a Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Atelier Store) product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in Lucknow, resulting in each product being unique and celebrates the differences.

In spite of variables, at Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Atelier) we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item. 

Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, and we understand that you miss the touch, feel and fit of product online, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have no questions asked exchange policy, please follow the instructions below:

• No returns/ refund will be made for goods purchased under offer or promotion schemes or Sangraha 13 Tera products, only exchanges may be entertained conditionally.

Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

• If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at experience@sangrahaatelier.com within 3 days of receipt of order.

• We will arrange pickup of goods with our logistics partner, just ensure its repacked in same packaging as it arrived. 

• Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Atelier) will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.

• Sangraha Atelier will bear the shipping charges of exchange and we are obliged to do it once per quarter for a customer. In case customer want to exchange a product twice or at a frequency more than once a quarter customer is required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

• If the reverse pickup is not available at customer's pin code, the customer will have to book return shipment themselves, we will refund the shipping charge of receipt of a copy of POD.

• Sangraha Atelier will provide tracking of reverse pickup and once the shipment is received at our warehouse we will inspect that it is unworn, unwashed, tamperproof and with all tags and accessories intact to process the exchange request.

• The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.

Exchange will be done with no questions asked for tamper proof product.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

• Packages lost in transit.

• In case Enduring Handcrafts Pvt Ltd (Sangraha Atelier) discovers any wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

• Package refused by recipient.

• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: Exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
